Most childbirth education courses focus primarily on the hours of labor and delivery, with the postpartum period being a quick afterthought. As a doula, childbirth educator and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Lo Nigrosh has the unique perspective of seeing people throughout the entire perinatal period.
