Feel Good During The Childbirth + Postpartum Period

As you near the birth of your baby, you want to have as much information as possible about how to have a smooth birth and transition well into life with a newborn. There is a ton of information about the childbirth process, but you are probably also wondering what it looks like in the season following bringing your new baby home!

Lo Nigrosh IBCLC, Certified Childbirth Educator and host of The Milk Making Minutes podcast, has heard countless stories from new parents about how unprepared they felt once they had given birth. While they had an influx of knowledge about pregnancy and the birth of their baby, there was little information about what life with a newborn would look like.

The Childbirth Education For A Great Postpartum Period course is here to make choosing your childbirth experience as clear as possible and walk you through what life after childbirth will look like! The course will give you a comprehensive understanding of the physiology and hormones of birth, birth setting options, birth interventions and how all these pieces impact the postpartum period.

Childbirth and the postpartum period can be a scary thought to some people, as it is often portrayed as an agonizing experience. Welcoming a child to the world can be both beautiful and nerve wracking, but it is possible to feel good throughout the process. Throughout the course, we will be focusing on the decisions that you can make during and after childbirth through the lens of childbirth education to help you feel your best in the postpartum period.

Giving birth can be overwhelming and intimidating to think about! With so many options available to you, a flood of information constantly coming your way and your body rapidly changing, it is difficult to figure out what is best for you and your new baby throughout the childbirth and postpartum period.

This course is here to change that! The idea of what life will look like after your baby will be woven throughout the entire course. After completing all lessons, you will walk away feeling confident about what to expect after your baby is born and know exactly what steps to take to make sure you are set up for success.

Learn how to choose which birthing option is best for you and your baby, how to bond with your baby through feeding routines, how to build a support system to come alongside you as you transition into parenthood and many other things that will change your newborn experience!
